Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactAs i said before this looks pretty good. A nice simplistic theme which is put through decent execution. The layout looks very organized and it shows you have a good sense of attention to detail making the visuals look very professional. The fact this looks like a birthday card really adds to the actual theme you were going for.
Latios looks great here I personally feel like the arms should be a little longer but that's perfectly fine. It doesn't matter much anyway because the rest of it's body is drawn perfectly. It looks almost chibi like and hat puts a lot of charm to the overall impact.
I guess i should say i like your overall style as it shows you have a pretty good variety of techniques that you use when you draw and variety is always a good think. Overall i think this is a nice gift. Hope you make more.
